Calgary Hitmen 10th Anniversary Jersey

The Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League celebrated their 10th anniversary during the 2004/2005 season. This logo and jersey design was proposed as a limited edition sweater that would be worn for that season. The Hitmen's familiar "Jason" mask was stylized with an "X" behind it to represent 10 years and to give it a bit of a Jolly Roger appeal. The sleeve patterning was based on the patterning of the wrestling trunks worn by Bret Hart after whom the team is named.
